When ordering, a contract of sale is formed only when Azalea IT (Azalea) confirms the order by sending an order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation is automatically generated by Azalea's database without manual review. In case of errors, such as indication of price, delivery time, factual errors etc, we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. Azalea reserves the rights to alter the contract due to misprints.
All image information should be seen as illustrations, and cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance and nature of the product. In order for your order to be approved, you must be at least 18 years old.
All prices in the web shop are presented excl. VAT. When the order is summarised in the "Shopping Cart", the price is always inclusive of VAT.
For deliveries in the EU area, VAT exempt status is granted providing that the customer has a valid VAT identification number. Deliveries to addresses outside the EU area are always VAT-free.
Upon confirmation of the order, prices can only be changed by circumstances outside of Azalea’s control, for example the item is sold out and currency fluctuations.
3. Deliveries - Delivery time
The shipping fee is 35 EUR plus VAT per order inside EU. Shipping fees to addresses outside EU are 65 EUR plus VAT per order. Shipping within Sweden is 125 SEK per order plus VAT. For fast shipping, eg the day after before 9:00, 10:00 etc, sellers and buyers agree on price via e-mail.Delivery time
Normally items which are ordered before 15:00 are shipped on the same day. In some places it may be 2-3 days (eg north of Östersund and Gotland).
Back orders will ship within 2-5 business days. You will automatically receive a tracking number when the order is shipped from us.
We use UPS, TNT and Postnord as couriers and we cannot control the delivery after the goods are dispatched. Should delivery time differ from normal, we will notify you.Risk for damage during transport
The liability for damage during transport passes to the buyer when the goods are delivered to the carrier. You also stand for the risk of damage for any return shipments to us.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
If you refuse to receive your package, or do not collect it, we will charge you the total shipping cost (including return).
4. Payment Options
A refund can be made to your bank account or debit card. Refunds will be made within 10 business days after receiving and approving your return.
You can choose from the following payment options: Card payment (VISA / Mastercard) This payment option is free and secure.
Payment pages are protected with SSL encryption and certified by GeoTrust. The payment is additionally secured with 3-D Secure, and the card information is thus treated safely and confidentially.
Your card details are communicated directly to your bank via protected links and never stored with us. Payment system is provided by DIBS.
DIBS is responsible for managing all payment information according to the current PCI standard (read more about what PCI DSS means here).
Companies and municipalities and government organisations can get 30 days net. For others, card payment applies.
The order must be marked with the company registration number, and there may not be any records of payment defaults.
When you place your order, we make a simple credit check and get a report from Intrum Justitia
It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address. Payment reminders are subject to reminder fees and penalty interest according to the law.Ownership reservation

Azalea reserves the right, without the consent of the customer, to transfer the collection of the payment to a 3rd party.
Azalea IT sells refurbished and used hardware with two year warranty and new hardware with at least one year warranty. Additional warranty from the manufacturer may be applicable. In certain cases, the warranty may be extended up to three years for a special fee. This must be done at the time of purchase and can not be made afterwards.
Replacement products may be refurbished and of similar, comparable or improved functionality. Physical damage, cosmetic defects or lack of functionality that existed and was indicated at the time of purchase, such as scratches and pressure damage, are not covered by this warranty. Additional charges, duties, taxes and fees for transportation to and from locations outside of Sweden are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty does not apply to defects in the product caused by improper use, abuse, accident, neglect or maltreatment, improperly adjusted or maintained product, improper environment, improper installation or configuration, software validity, compatibility or version, accident, fire, theft, flood or "force majeure", physical damage, cosmetic defects or inconsistencies, electrical problems such as ignition, power failure, incorrect electrical voltages or normal wear and tear.
6.Delays in Delivery
If delivery delays occur, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always has the right to cancel the order due to delivery delays.
We will do everything in our power to fulfil your order.
There may be occasions where it is impossible to complete the order, for example, if our supplier cannot fulfil their commitment to us.
We reserve the right to waive all reimbursement to customers regarding delays in delivery.
7. Accidental breach of contract (force majeure)
A party shall not be liable for any failure or of delay in the performance of this contract, if the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the party, and which they could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account or taken into consideration at the time of the entering the contract, and the consequences of which they could not reasonably be expected to have avoided or overcome. Examples of, but not limited to, such circumstances are:
war, natural disasters, strikes, traffic accidents, weather and fire.
If the circumstance is only temporary, the breach of contract is excusable for as long as it is reasonable, considering the obstacle's consequences for the parties' ability to perform according to the contract.
Azalea is not responsible for additional costs due to late delivery.
